Free open training in Neoliet North

General information

Neoliet North is known for having more routes and harder routes, which makes it very suitable for the Expert Tuesday training. If you like to train hard and become a better climber, this training will suit you well! The expert training focuses on climbing difficult routes and creating the endurance and strength needed to climb hard. 

On Tuesday the 30th of April, you can try the expert training for free! Just sign up to the agenda item and we will see you there!

Other information:

• You do not need to climb a certain grade to be able to join the training. Good motivation is enough!
• Be on time! Training starts at 20:00 and you need to do burpees if you are late
• If you would like to keep going to the expert training, send an email to secretaris@esac.nl to sign up (note that the normal costs of the training are 10,50 for entry and an additional 10,- per quartile)
